Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Senior HRIS Systems Analyst to expertly manage the Workday platform and lead updates. You will partner with HR, IT, Recruiting, Benefits, Learning, Payroll, and Finance to implement business requirements that enhance processes and ensure data integrity across a multi-state workforce.

Ideal candidates will have 8-12+ years in HCM systems like Workday, strong regulatory knowledge (HIPAA, wage/hour, ACA), and hands-on experience with Workday integrations and security.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience supporting Human Capital Management (HCM) systems such as Workday.
• 5+ years of hands-on, technical experience within Workday (Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Reporting, Prism).
• Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices across multi-state organizations with non-exempt populations.
• Strong integrity and discretion with sensitive data.
• Familiarity with federal/state/local HR regulations (HIPAA, wage/hour, ACA).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Workday platform operations and lead Workday updates (requirements, design, config, testing).
• Collaborate with Benefits, Recruitment, Payroll, Learning, and Finance to optimize processes.
• Ensure compliance with laws and monitor Workday security and data integrity.
• Configure, test, and maintain Workday integrations to third-party systems.
• Serve as Workday security administrator and SME for system changes.
• Track Workday performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and update system documentation, training materials, and user guides.
