Job summary

MBK Real Estate is seeking a Senior HRIS Systems Analyst to manage Workday and oversee integrations, testing, and documentation. You will partner with HR, IT, Recruiting, Benefits, Learning, and Finance to implement enhancements and optimize HR processes while ensuring data integrity and security.

The role requires extensive Workday experience and a solid understanding of multi‑state HR regulations. Hybrid work with in-office Irvine presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, IS, business, or CS.
• HRIS-related certifications preferred.
• 8-12+ years supporting HCM systems such as Workday.
• 5+ years hands-on Workday experience (Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Reporting).
• Understanding HR policies and multi-state compliance.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management and maintenance of the Workday platform, including upgrades and configuration.
• Collaborate with Benefits, Recruitment, Payroll, Learning, and Finance to optimize processes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws related to Workday.
• Configure, test, and maintain Workday integrations; act as security admin and SME.
