MBK Real Estate LLC is seeking a Senior HRIS Systems Analyst to own and optimize the Workday platform within People & Culture. You’ll guide enhancements, data integrity, and reporting while coordinating with HR, IT, Recruiting, Benefits, Learning, Payroll, and Finance teams.

The role requires 8–12+ years in HRIS/HCM, strong Workday experience, and a focus on compliance and process improvement. Hybrid Irvine office work arrangement with generous benefits is offered.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• HRIS/HCM certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, or Workday) preferred.
• 8–12+ years supporting HCM systems (Workday) in a multi-state environment.
• 5+ years hands-on Workday experience (Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain the Workday platform, lead Workday updates.
• Collaborate with Benefits, Recruitment, Payroll, Learning, and Finance partners.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local laws related to Workday.
• Configure, test, and maintain Workday integrations to third-party systems.
• Serve as Workday security administrator and SME for data integrity and security.
• Produce reports and drive improvements across HRIS roadmap and team.
