Job summary

MBK Real Estate seeks a Senior P&C Systems Analyst to oversee Workday operations and HRIS initiatives in an enterprise setting. You will collaborate with HR, IT, Recruiting, Benefits, and Finance to deliver efficient HR processes and accurate data across the organization.

You will lead updates, manage integrations, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. This role requires extensive Workday experience and a strong commitment to data integrity and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, Business, or related field.
• HR and/or HRIS certifications preferred.
• 8-12+ years supporting HCM systems such as Workday.
• 5+ years hands-on Workday experience (Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Reporting).
• Understanding of HR policies across a multi-state organization.
• Experience handling sensitive employee data with integrity and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Workday platform and lead Workday updates (requirements, design, configuration, testing).
• Collaborate with Benefits, Recruitment, Payroll, Learning & Development, and Finance to optimize processes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws related to Workday (wage/hour, ACA, HIPAA).
• Configure, test, and maintain Workday integrations with third-party systems.
• Serve as Workday security administrator and SME for data integrity and confidentiality.
