Job summary

Info Origin Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to develop and manage an integrated plan for resolving complex benefits-related issues within Workday configuration, data, and vendor systems. The role coordinates across Client, ERP teams, payroll, finance, business analysts, and third-party benefit administrators.

The candidate will drive issue resolution from identification through closure, establishing accountability and tracking dependencies, risks, and decisions across organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 years of project management experience.
• Six+ years of project management coordinating and supporting business processes.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies and PM tools (Asana, MS Project, Jira).

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a single backlog of benefits issues with details.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve individual benefits issues.
• Request next steps, owners, and target dates; track commitments.
• Document decisions and actions in a shared location.
• Develop an integrated stabilization schedule across workstreams.
• Provide executive reporting on issue aging and financial exposure.
