Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to optimize HRIS processes and maintain the system of record for personnel data.

You will lead configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday modules, working closely with HR and IT to enhance system functionality and user experience. The role requires 7+ years in Workday modules (HCM, Recruiting/Onboarding, Compensation, or Performance) and strong analytical, training, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Workday PRO Certification, or 7+ years experience in at least two Workday modules.
• Experience in HCM, Recruiting/Onboarding, Compensation, and/or Performance Management.
• Demonstrated advanced technical aptitude and HR data systems knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and continuous improvement of Workday modules to align with business goals.
• Collaborate with HR and IT to support system functionality.
• Provide guidance in development, testing, and deployment of Workday processes.
• Proactively identify and resolve system issues; drive process enhancements.

• Perform data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
