Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of HRIS/Workday experience required.
• Experience with reporting, dashboards and data integrity preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required. Relevant HRIS/Workday certifications a plus.
• Strong confidentiality and ability to work with sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the Workday platform, including configurations, security roles, and integrations.
• Prepare, test and execute Workday projects and tasks such as open enrollment and reviews.
• Analyze data, create custom reports and dashboards, and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with HR partners and leaders to design and deliver Workday functionality.
• Provide training and guidance to end users and super-users.
• Coordinate testing for releases and support issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and HIPAA regulations in data handling.
• Lead or participate in HRIS-related projects and liaise with IT/vendors.
