Raymond James is seeking a Senior HR Workday Transformation Lead to govern and deliver Workday enhancements across HR functions. The role supports a hybrid model in the Tampa Bay area with potential for remote arrangements for highly qualified candidates outside the region.

The candidate will shape requirements, manage the Workday change roadmap, and partner with HR, IT, and senior leaders to ensure solutions align with enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 6–10 years in HR product management or HR.
• Experience with Workday is required.
• Configuration experience with Talent Management/Acquisition preferred.
• Financial services experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Establish and lead governance for Workday enhancements.
• Own pipeline and roadmap of change for Workday initiatives.
• Lead complex business analysis across HR and downstream systems.
• Translate requirements into clear Workday solution designs.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery from design to deployment.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Act as Workday SME guiding solution decisions.
