Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a HR Workday Transformation lead to drive governance, pipeline management, and end-to-end delivery across Workday modules.

Qualifications

6–10 years in HR product management / HR.
Workday experience is required.
Talent Management & Acquisition configuration preferred.
Financial services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Establish and lead governance for Workday enhancements.
Own and manage the pipeline and roadmap of change.
Lead complex business analysis across HR and downstream systems.
Partner with HR, IT, and business to shape requirements into Workday designs.
Drive end-to-end delivery from design through testing and deployment.
Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints.
Act as a Workday and HR processes SME to guide decisions.
Define initiative vision, outcomes, and success measures.
Develop stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure transparency and value delivery.
Plan and manage timelines, resources, and deliverables across initiatives.
