Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday HCM/Talent Architect to lead advisory efforts in cloud-based data-reporting and Workday implementations. You will oversee teams, define business requirements, and architect cohesive Workday HCM solutions across streams for multiple clients.

Travel may be required; you will mentor staff, manage budgets, and drive client success through industry-leading Workday practices and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification required or preferred.
• At least 3 years in a Lead or equivalent role.
• Minimum 3 years of working HCM functional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Workday implementations.

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements, functional design, and process mapping for Workday HCM.
• Architect Workday HCM solutions ensuring cross-functional cohesion.
• Formulate planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting strategies.
• Develop statements of work and client proposals for Workday projects.
• Manage vendor relationships and lead client education workshops.
