Job summary

Ethereum Technologies in Menlo Park, CA, is seeking a Workday HCM specialist to design, configure, and support Core HCM processes across Hire, Onboarding, and Termination.

You will implement complex Workday workflows, manage security controls, and build advanced reports while ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience building and configuring complex Workday Core HCM workflows (Hire, Pre-Hire, Onboarding, Change Job, Termination).
• Strong understanding of Workday security including RBAC, and domain/organization-based controls.
• Ability to create calculated fields and build advanced Workday reports (including Matrix reports).

US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, OPT-EAD, CPT, Other

Strong hands-on Workday Core HCM experience, including Hire, Pre-Hire, Onboarding, Change Job, and Termination etc.

Experience designing and configuring complex business processes from the ground up, including business process steps, conditions, approvals, validations, notifications, and routing.

Strong understanding of Workday security, including domain and business process security, role-based access, and organization-based access. Experience with segment-based and intersection security etc.

Ability to create calculated fields and build advanced Workday reports, including complex and Metrix reports.

Understanding of how Core HCM configuration connects with organizations, staffing, and the broader employee lifecycle.

Working knowledge of Workday Absence and Time Tracking; deep expertise in these areas is not required.

Some familiarity with Workday integrations and integration security.
