Job summary

Valiant Technologies LLC in Menlo Park, CA seeks a skilled Workday HCM specialist to implement Core HCM processes such as Hire, Onboarding, Change Job and Termination, ensuring accurate data and smooth user workflows.

You will design complex business processes, configure security, build advanced Workday reports and explore integrations, playing a key role in aligning HR operations with company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Workday Core HCM experience covering Hire, Pre-Hire, Onboarding, Change Job, and Termination.
• Experience designing complex business processes with steps, conditions, approvals, validations, notifications, and routing.
• Solid understanding of Workday security: RBAC, domain security, and organization-based access.
• Ability to create calculated fields and build advanced Workday reports.
• Understanding of how Core HCM connects with organizations, staffing, and employee lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Workday Absence and Time Tracking; deep expertise not required.
• Some familiarity with Workday integrations and integration security.

Job description

• Experience designing and configuring complex business processes from the ground up, including business process steps, conditions, approvals, validations, notifications, and routing.
• Strong understanding of Workday security, including domain and business process security, role-based access, and organization-based access. Experience with segment-based and intersection security etc.
• Ability to create calculated fields and build advanced Workday reports, including complex and Metrix reports.
• Understanding of how Core HCM configuration connects with organizations, staffing, and the broader employee lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of Workday Absence and Time Tracking; deep expertise in these areas is not required.
• Some familiarity with Workday integrations and integration security.
