Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC in Lansing, Michigan is seeking a Senior Workday HCM Core Consultant for an 8-month engagement with potential extension. The role requires hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM modules such as Hire, Pre-Hire, Onboarding, and Change Job.

You will design complex business processes, configure security, build advanced Workday reports, and support integrations. Candidates must have USC/GC/H-1B eligibility and be prepared for a contract-based W-2/1099/C2C arrangement.

Qualifications

• Fifteen years of consulting experience.
• Hands-on Workday Core HCM including Hire, Pre-Hire, Onboarding, Change Job and Termination.
• Experience designing complex Workday business processes and security models.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure complex Workday Core HCM business processes with approvals and notifications.
• Develop and maintain advanced Workday reports and calculated fields.
• Implement Workday security models including domain and organization-based access.
• Understand and support Workday integrations and integration security.
• Ensure alignment with organizational staffing and the employee lifecycle.

Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Need 15 years of Experience Consultant.
• Strong hands-on Workday Core HCM experience, including Hire, Pre-Hire, Onboarding, Change Job, and Termination etc.
• Experience designing and configuring complex business processes from the ground up, including business process steps, conditions, approvals, validations, notifications, and routing.
• Strong understanding of Workday security, including domain and business process security, role-based access, and organization-based access. Experience with segment-based and intersection security etc.
• Ability to create calculated fields and build advanced Workday reports, including complex and Metrix reports.
• Understanding of how Core HCM configuration connects with organizations, staffing, and the broader employee lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of Workday Absence and Time Tracking; deep expertise in these areas is not required.
• Some familiarity with Workday integrations and integration security.
