Qualifications

• 15 years of consulting experience.
• Hands-on Workday Core HCM experience including Hire, Pre-Hire, Onboarding, Change Job, and Termination.
• Ability to design complex business processes with steps, conditions, approvals, validations, notifications, and routing.
• Strong Workday security knowledge: domain and business process security, role-based access, and organization-based access.
• Experience building calculated fields and advanced Workday reports.
• Understanding of how Core HCM connects with organizations, staffing, and employee lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Workday Absence and Time Tracking; some exposure to integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Core HCM implementation tasks for Hire, Pre-Hire, Onboarding, and Termination.
• Design and configure complex business processes with steps, conditions, approvals, validations, notifications, and routing.
• Strengthen Workday security including domain, roles, and organization-based access.
• Create calculated fields and build advanced Workday reports, including Metrix reports.
• Support Workday integrations and integration security as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project milestones and deliverables.

• Ability to create calculated fields and build advanced Workday reports, including complex and Metrix reports.
• Understanding of how Core HCM configuration connects with organizations, staffing, and the broader employee lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of Workday Absence and Time Tracking; deep expertise in these areas is not required.
• Some familiarity with Workday integrations and integration security.
