Machine Learning Technologies, LLC is seeking a Senior Workday HCM Core Consultant for a Lansing, MI-based contract role. The position is 8 months plus extension with a bill rate of $72/hour (C2C). The candidate should hold work authorization as USC/GC/H-1B/OPT-EAD, among others.

The role requires extensive Workday Core HCM experience and strong skills in security, business processes, and reporting. Industry-standard W-2/1099/C2C options are available.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience as a Workday consultant.
• Strong hands-on Workday Core HCM experience (Hire, Pre-Hire, Onboarding, Change Job, Termination).
• Experience designing and configuring complex business processes with steps, conditions, approvals, validations, notifications, and routing.
• Strong understanding of Workday security: domain security, role-based access, organization-based access; segment-based and intersection security.
• Ability to create calculated fields and build advanced Workday reports including complex and Matrix reports.
• Understanding of how Core HCM config connects with organizations, staffing, and employee lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of Workday Absence and Time Tracking; deep expertise not required.
• Some familiarity with Workday integrations and integration security.
