Job summary

Artifintech is seeking a skilled Workday Core HCM specialist to join our team in Dallas, USA. The candidate will manage end-to-end HCM processes and ensure secure, scalable configurations across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities include building complex business processes, securing access, and developing advanced Workday reports. Familiarity with Absence/Time Tracking and integrations is a plus. We offer equal opportunity employment and merit-based hiring.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Workday Core HCM experience, including Hire, Pre-Hire, Onboarding, Change Job, and Termination.
• Experience designing and configuring complex business processes from the ground up, including business process steps, conditions, approvals, validations, notifications, and routing.
• Strong understanding of Workday security, including domain and business process security, role-based access, and organization-based access.
• Ability to create calculated fields and build advanced Workday reports, including complex and Metrix reports.
• Understanding of how Core HCM configuration connects with organizations, staffing, and the broader employee lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of Workday Absence and Time Tracking; deep expertise in these areas is not required.
• Some familiarity with Workday integrations and integration security.

• Understanding of how Core HCM configuration connects with organizations, staffing, and the broader employee lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of Workday Absence and Time Tracking; deep expertise in these areas is not required.
• Some familiarity with Workday integrations and integration security.
