Job summary

Valiant Technologies LLC in Lansing, MI seeks a Senior Workday HCM Core Consultant to lead design and configuration of Core HCM processes, including Hire, Onboarding, and Termination. Qualifications

• 15+ years of Workday consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on Workday Core HCM experience (Hire, Pre-Hire, Onboarding, Change Job, Termination).
• Experience designing and configuring complex business processes with steps, approvals, validations, and routing.
• Deep understanding of Workday security models and access controls.
• Ability to create calculated fields and advanced Workday reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and configuration of Core HCM processes in Workday.
• Implement security roles, business processes, and access controls.
• Develop advanced Workday reports and calculated fields.
• Support absence, time tracking, and basic integrations in Workday.

Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Need 15 years of Experience Consultant.
• Strong hands-on Workday Core HCM experience, including Hire, Pre-Hire, Onboarding, Change Job, and Termination etc.
• Experience designing and configuring complex business processes from the ground up, including business process steps, conditions, approvals, validations, notifications, and routing.
• Strong understanding of Workday security, including domain and business process security, role-based access, and organization-based access. Experience with segment-based and intersection security etc.
• Ability to create calculated fields and build advanced Workday reports, including complex and Metrix reports.
• Understanding of how Core HCM configuration connects with organizations, staffing, and the broader employee lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of Workday Absence and Time Tracking; deep expertise in these areas is not required.
• Some familiarity with Workday integrations and integration security.
