Cloud Analytics Technologies, LLC is seeking a Senior Workday HCM Core Consultant in Lansing, MI for an 8 Months+ extension engagement. The role requires hands-on expertise across the full Core HCM lifecycle with strong security/rules and advanced reporting.

The candidate will design and configure complex business processes, manage security models, and build sophisticated Workday reports and integrations to support staffing and employee lifecycle activities.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of experience as a Workday consultant.
• Strong hands-on Workday Core HCM across Hire, Pre-Hire, Onboarding, Change Job, and Termination.
• Experience designing and configuring complex business processes with steps, conditions, approvals, validations, notifications and routing.
• Deep Workday security knowledge: domain security, role-based access, organization-based access; segment/intersection security.
• Ability to create calculated fields and build advanced Workday reports, including complex Metrix reports.
• Understanding of how Core HCM connects with organizations, staffing, and the employee lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of Workday Absence and Time Tracking; deep expertise not required.
• Familiarity with Workday integrations and integration security.
