Job summary

TRUGlobal Inc. is seeking an experienced Workday developer/administrator to maintain and enhance HCM functionality in a fast-paced environment. You will configure core HR, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning, Talent and Compensation, and manage security and business processes.

You will also work on inbound/outbound EIBs, create custom reports and dashboards, and lead system releases while partnering with HR leaders and IT to drive automation and efficiency across the Workday ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday development.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules.
• Proficiency in Workday Studio and Workday Integration Cloud.
• Ability to create custom reports, calculated fields, and integrations.
• Experience with Workday security and business process configuration.
• Knowledge of Workday REST APIs and web services.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new Workday modules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, test and implement new functionality within Workday HCM.
• Configure Workday core HR, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning, Talent and Compensation Management.
• Configure business processes, change requests, and domain security.
• Work with inbound & outbound EIBs; pursue continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday integrations, reports, and configurations.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards in Workday.
• Collaborate with HR Leadership, HR Business Partners, IT, and vendors.
• Lead functional administrator tasks for multiple Workday areas and cross-functional dependencies.
• Identify and implement new calculated fields, rules, validations, alerts and custom objects.
• Lead system releases, testing and continuous improvement of processes.
