Job summary

TruStage Insurance Agency, LLC is seeking a Lead HRIS Technology Consultant to support and optimize the Workday HRIS across the enterprise. You will collaborate with SMEs and HR leaders to implement changes, configure security, and enhance reporting and integrations while guiding strategic HRIS initiatives.

The role requires 7+ years of HRIS consulting, strong knowledge of Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Reporting), and excellent communication.

Qualifications

7+ years’ experience as HRIS consultant.
Workday experience preferred.
Proficient in multiple HRIS functional areas (HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Reporting).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Provide end-user support and issue resolution for HRIS.
Analyze requirements, configure, test, and migrate changes from demo to production.
Collaborate with SMEs and HR leads to optimize processes and security settings.
Review vendor updates and align new features with business needs.
Lead enterprise-wide HRIS projects including mergers/acquisitions.
Mentor team members and train for self-service capabilities.
Drive HRIS optimization and automation across the organization.
