Job summary

TruStage currently seeks a seasoned HRIS consultant to drive ongoing development, support, maintenance, and configuration of the cloud-based HRIS across the enterprise. You will collaborate with SMEs, HR, and IT to align HRIS with business goals and improve employee experience.

Ideal candidates bring over 7 years of HRIS experience (Workday preferred), strong analytical skills, and proficiency in HRIS reporting, security, and integrations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems, HR, business or related field or work experience.
• 7+ years’ experience as HRIS consultant required. Workday experience preferred.
• Proficient in seven or more HRIS functional areas: HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Reporting, Security, Integrations, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for HRIS-specific issues and resolutions.
• Analyze, gather requirements, configure, test, and migrate changes from demo to production for HRIS.
• Collaborate with SMEs, senior leaders, and HR to configure business processes and reports.
