Job summary

TruStage is seeking an experienced HRIS consultant to develop, improve, support, and configure our cloud-based HRIS. You will collaborate with business units, SMEs and HR to ensure HRIS meets enterprise needs while balancing operational execution and strategic direction.

The role requires strong consulting, analytical and communication skills, with experience in cloud HRIS, agile projects, and stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems, HR, business or related field or work experience.
• 7+ years’ experience as HRIS consultant required.
• Workday experience preferred.
• Proficient in seven or more HRIS functional areas: HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Performance, Recruiting, Payroll, Security, Integrations, Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for HRIS-specific issue resolution.
• Perform analysis, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and migration from demo to production for multiple HRIS areas.
• Collaborate with SMEs and leaders to develop and configure processes, security, reporting and final configurations for HRIS needs.
• Review and test vendor software updates and new features for alignment with business strategy.
• Act as HRIS SME and implementer for enterprise-wide or cross-functional projects.
