Job summary

Super is seeking a Workday Integration Consultant to join the newly formed People Technology team as Workday transitions post-implementation. You will support, maintain, monitor, and enhance Workday integrations to ensure reliable HR data flows and ongoing optimization.

You will partner with HR Operations, Payroll, IT and Finance to translate business needs into robust technical solutions, uphold governance, and contribute to post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on, production-level Workday integration design, development, architecture, and support experience.
Proficiency with Workday Studio, Workday Orchestrate, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs).
Experience configuring Core Connectors within and outside the Cloud Connect framework.
Strong documentation and architectural decision-making skills.
Solid XML, XSLT, data transformation fundamentals; bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations.
Own daily integration operations, monitor runs, and resolve failures.
Maintain technical design specifications, mapping documents, diagrams, and runbooks.
Collaborate with HR Ops, Payroll, IT, Finance and leaders to translate requirements into architecture.
Support bi-annual Workday releases, updates, and platform functionality.
