Job summary

Frontdoor seeks a Senior Workday Specialist to lead configuration, governance, and support of Workday and related HR technology platforms. You will cover Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Performance, Learning, Reporting, and Integrations, ensuring scalable, well-governed solutions aligned to business needs.

The role partners with HR and IT leaders to improve employee experiences, maintain data integrity, and drive HR technology governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in HRIS, People Technology, HR operations, or related systems roles.
• 5 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience across multiple functional areas.
• Broad understanding of Workday Core HCM, business processes, security concepts, compensation, reporting, and employee lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior functional expert across Workday and related People Technology applications.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and translate needs into scalable system solutions.
• Design, configure, and maintain Workday business processes, approvals, and related configuration components.
• Build strong relationships with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business leaders.
