PTR Global is seeking an experienced HCM Workday Test Lead to oversee and execute comprehensive testing strategies for Workday modules. This role requires a hands-on professional with a strong background in Workday HCM testing, including functional, regression, and integration testing.

You will lead test planning, defect management, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring alignment with change management and audit controls.

Formación

• 10+ years of QA/testing experience, with hands-on Workday testing.
• Experience across multiple Workday modules (Core HCM, Benefits, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Payroll interfaces).
• Ability to lead test planning, defect management, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Hands-on end-to-end functional, regression, and integration testing across Workday modules.
• Develop and maintain BAU test strategies, test plans, and execution schedules.
• Log, track, and manage testing work and defects using Digital.ai; prioritize and retest as needed.
• Support UAT with HR SMEs; provide guidance, scripts, and entry/exit criteria to testers.
• Build and maintain reusable test scripts, test cases, and regression packs; document results and signoffs.
