Valiant Technologies LLC is seeking a skilled Workday HCM consultant to lead core HR configurations and lifecycle processes in a dynamic environment. You will design comprehensive business workflows, security schemas, and complex reports, aligning Core HCM with organizational structures and staffing needs.

The role requires hands-on workday experience, including security, absence/time tracking familiarity, and integration considerations.

Qualificações

• Strong hands-on Workday Core HCM experience, including Hire, Pre-Hire, Onboarding, Change Job, and Termination.
• Experience designing and configuring complex business processes from the ground up, including business process steps, conditions, approvals, validations, notifications, and routing.
• Strong understanding of Workday security, including domain and business process security, role-based access, and organization-based access.
• Ability to create calculated fields and build advanced Workday reports, including complex and Metrix reports.
• Understanding of how Core HCM configuration connects with organizations, staffing, and the broader employee lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of Workday Absence and Time Tracking.
• Familiarity with Workday integrations and integration security.

Responsabilidades

• Design and configure Workday Core HCM processes end-to-end for the employee lifecycle.
• Implement security models including domain, role-based, and organization-based access.
• Create calculated fields and develop advanced Workday reports and metrics.
• Integrate Core HCM configurations with org structures and staffing plans.
• Collaborate on absence and time tracking processes and related configurations.

• Ability to create calculated fields and build advanced Workday reports, including complex and Metrix reports.
• Understanding of how Core HCM configuration connects with organizations, staffing, and the broader employee lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of Workday Absence and Time Tracking; deep expertise in these areas is not required.
• Some familiarity with Workday integrations and integration security.
