Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Senior Workday Compensation Analyst to lead configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation for a 30,000+ global workforce. This role requires expert knowledge in HCM modules, salary structures, merit and bonus plans, and alignment with Payroll across multiple countries.

Strong consulting mindset and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience at a Senior Analyst level administering Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation in a large, international organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life cycle implementation of Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules with design, build, test, and deploy phases.
• Configure and maintain salary plans, grades, merit and bonus cycles across multiple countries.
• Mentor team members and communicate status to global stakeholders across HR, Payroll and Finance.
