Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Senior Workday Compensation Analyst to lead configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation for a global workforce of 30,000+ across 19 countries. You will guide full lifecycle implementations, align salary structures with strategy, and partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Total Rewards to ensure data integrity and compliance.

The role requires strong Workday expertise, multi-country pay structures, and a consulting mindset.

Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in Workday compensation in a large, international org.
Strong hands-on Workday compensation architecture skills and design implementation.
Experience with multi-country pay structures and union pay rules.
Knowledge of HCM, security, and payroll alignment within Workday.

Responsibilities

Lead full life cycle Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation implementations.
Configure salary plans, grades, merit, bonus, and eligibility rules across countries.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Total Rewards to translate design into config.
Audit compensation data and support regulatory compliance and reporting.
Support bi-annual Workday releases, testing, and user validation.
