Job summary

Agilysis is seeking a Workday Compensation Manager to oversee the stability, support, and evolution of the Workday Compensation platform for a global employee population. You will lead projects, configure systems, test thoroughly, and support end users to ensure daily operations and project delivery run smoothly.

The ideal candidate has deep Workday Core and Advanced Compensation expertise, strong leadership, and a proven track record managing complex environments in large enterprises.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS/HR/Business or related field.
• Proven track record leading HRIS projects, incl. implementations, upgrades and integrations.
• 5 years leading and configuring Workday Core and Advanced Compensation.
• Experience supporting unionized populations and complex pay structures (e.g., CBAs).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of HR disciplines including talent acquisition, development, and compensation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and configure Workday Shipboard compensation for production support and Phase X.
• Provide expert consulting to HR Compensation teams and executives on processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable HR tech solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration of compensation data across systems and conduct audits for accuracy.
• Lead testing and deployment of new compensation plans and processes; escalate complex issues if needed.
• May manage a small team of compensation analysts.
