Job summary
Humana, Inc. is seeking a Workday Compensation Configuration Lead to act as the enterprise expert for Workday Compensation and related Total Rewards technology.
You will partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, and Technology to design, configure, implement, and optimize scalable compensation solutions that align with business goals and regulatory needs. The Lead drives strategy, configuration, testing, and ongoing support of compensation processes, including annual planning, merit, bonuses, salary
Qualifications
- 7+ years of HR technology or enterprise systems experience.
- 5+ years Workday configuration experience with Advanced Compensation.
- Experience configuring compensation processes incl. planning, merit increases, bonuses and salary structures.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating needs into scalable Workday solutions.
- Experience leading testing activities (unit, SIT, UAT) and deployments.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of Workday Compensation solutions.
- Serve as the functional owner for compensation-related processes across annual planning, incentives, and one-time payments.
- Collaborate with Compensation, HR, Finance, Payroll, and Technology stakeholders to maximize value.
- Drive continuous improvement, governance, automation, and optimization initiatives.
