You will define the AI enablement strategy for Workday HCM, partnering with HR and stakeholders to identify opportunities that reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy.

In this role, you will modernize Unity’s HR operations by combining Workday expertise with AI capabilities, delivering data-driven insights using Discovery Boards and Prism

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR Technology with hands-on Workday configuration and solution architecture.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM functionality and HR processes.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and AI initiatives within Workday or HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI enablement strategy for Workday HCM.
• Partner with HR leaders to identify and architect high-impact AI and automation use cases across Workday.
• Support and optimize HR processes through configuration, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and translate capabilities into business opportunities.
