Intuitive looks for a Director of Workday Solutions to lead our HR technology strategy and roadmap, embedding AI-native capabilities across Core HCM, Total Rewards, Talent Management, and more. You will partner with HR and IT leadership to deliver scalable Workday solutions that elevate employee and manager experiences.

The role focuses on governance, data privacy, and continuous improvement of HR processes, with hands-on leadership of a team of architects and analysts.

Formación

• 10+ years HR technology project implementation with proven results in strategy, requirements, deployment, and process re-engineering.
• 5+ years developing and coaching technical or operational teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or related field.
• Deep expertise in Workday Core HCM, Total Rewards, Talent Management, Time/Absence, and Reporting.
• Experience embedding AI and automation natively within Workday to improve UX and operations.
• Experience with a global company with populations across regions.
• Strong customer orientation and communication with senior stakeholders; influencing skills.
• PM methods including Agile/iterative development; process-driven.
• Familiarity with US/global data privacy laws, GDPR, and SOX compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Own Workday strategy, roadmap, and delivery for HR technologies.
• Collaborate on a long-term tech strategy aligned with growth and people priorities.
• Translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions.
• Champion AI and automation embedded in Workday to improve processes and experiences.
• Lead evaluation and adoption of Workday AI capabilities to elevate employee and manager experience.
• Ensure governance, data security, privacy, and responsible AI standards.
• Lead evolution of self-service capabilities through automation and AI-powered insights.
• Drive adoption and reduce manual effort through AI-enabled solutions.
• Partner with internal teams on process documentation, communication, and training.
• Build and govern detailed implementation plans from discovery to deployment.
