The role emphasizes data integrity, stakeholder collaboration, and adopting AI capabilities within Workday. Required 5+ years Workday experience and certification, with a preference for Workday Pro and Agile/Scrum credentials.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday experience.
• Proficient with all Workday modules.
• Experience in a fast-paced, growth-focused company.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity (reporting, docs, testing) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Workday modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Onboarding, Benefits, Payroll, Security).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes and drive adoption of new functionality.
• Review, test, and roll out Workday feature releases, evaluating AI capabilities.
• Configure and deliver AI-enabled features and automation within Workday.
• Use AI tools for data analysis, documentation, testing, or reporting to boost efficiency.
• Coordinate with Security, Legal, and IT on responsible AI governance and data privacy.
• Maintain data integrity through audits and discrepancy resolution.
• Engage with the Workday community to stay current on AI capabilities and solutions.
