Job summary

PagerDuty is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to lead the Workday HRIS program, focusing on design, configuration, and administration of the Workday ecosystem with AI capabilities. You will partner with stakeholders to implement, test, and roll out new features and ensure data integrity across systems.

The role requires deep Workday expertise, strong collaboration, and a hands-on approach to adopting AI-driven HR processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday experience.
• Proficient with all Workday modules.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-focused company.
• Experience using AI tools to improve personal or team productivity.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Workday modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Onboarding, Benefits, Payroll, Security).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes and drive adoption.
• Lead testing and rollout of Workday feature releases, including AI-powered capabilities.
• Configure and deliver AI-enabled features in Workday from pilot to production.
• Ensure data integrity by audits and analyses.
