Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) is actively seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Workday Adaptive Planning to own and optimize the organization’s Adaptive Planning environment.

You will act as the main administrator, model builder, and reporting expert, collaborating with Finance, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to translate complex financial and workforce requirements into scalable Adaptive models and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive hands-on experience in an administrator, developer, model builder, reporting, or systems analyst capacity, including 3+ years using Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience developing complex Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards, and management reporting solutions.
• Experience with Adaptive OfficeConnect, including development and maintenance of management reporting packages.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the platform.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations and reporting solutions.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, and security while ensuring data governance and controls.
• Develop, maintain, and document Adaptive Planning models, sheets, and calculations.
• Partner with Finance, HR, IT and stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver budgets, forecasts, actuals, and workforce metrics.
