Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Workday Adaptive Planning to own, architect, and optimize the Adaptive Planning environment. You’ll translate complex FP&A requirements into scalable models, reports, dashboards, and planning solutions.

You will partner with Finance, HR, IT, and business stakeholders, manage integrations, and help shape how SNHU uses technology to support financial and workforce decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive hands-on experience in an administrator, developer, model builder, reporting, or systems analyst capacity, with 3+ years on Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• Demonstrated experience developing complex Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards, and management reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator and SME for day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization.
• Own Adaptive Planning structures: models, dimensions, accounts, versions, sheets, and security.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations and reporting solutions for budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning.
• Manage user access and security while ensuring data governance and system performance.
• Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for effective adoption.
