Southern New Hampshire University seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst for Workday Adaptive Planning. You will administer, model, and optimize the Adaptive Planning environment, translating complex financial and workforce requirements into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience as an admin, developer, model builder, or analyst with Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IS, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven ability to develop complex Adaptive reports, dashboards, and management reporting.
• Experience with Adaptive OfficeConnect and management reporting packages.
• Strong knowledge of adaptive planning dimensions, accounts, levels, versions, sheets, and rules.
• Experience creating in/out bound integrations between Workday components.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning admin and SME for day-to-day operations.
• Translate business needs into scalable Adaptive configurations and reporting solutions.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, and data governance for the platform.
• Design models and planning solutions balancing flexibility, control, and maintainability.
• Develop, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations between Workday modules.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT and stakeholders to optimize planning processes.
