Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for Workday Adaptive Planning to administer, model, and report within the Adaptive Planning environment. You will own configuration, security, data flows, and dashboards, collaborating with Finance, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable planning solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive hands-on experience in an administrator, developer, model builder, reporting, or systems analyst role.
• 3+ years utilizing the Workday Adaptive Planning system.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator and subject matter expert.
• Own and maintain Adaptive Planning structures, models, dimensions, accounts, and security.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations and reporting solutions.
• Manage integrations and data flows between Workday modules and Adaptive Planning.
• Partner with Finance, HRIS, ITS and other teams on complex integrations and data architecture.
• Design and build Adaptive Planning models and planning solutions for budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning.
