Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Workday Adaptive Planning to lead administration, model building, and reporting within the Adaptive Planning environment. You will own the platform, develop scalable models, dashboards and planning solutions, and partner with Finance, HR, IT to maximize value.

You will translate complex financial and operational requirements into Adaptive designs, ensuring security, data governance, and long-term maintainability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in an administrator/developer/model builder role for Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems or related field.
• Experience developing complex Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards and management reporting solutions.
• Experience with Adaptive OfficeConnect and management reporting packages.
• Strong understanding of FP&A processes and budgeting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator with day-to-day administration and optimization responsibilities.
• Own and maintain Adaptive Planning structures including models, dimensions, accounts, levels, versions, sheets and security.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations for budgeting, forecasting, reporting and workforce planning.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, and data governance while monitoring performance and data integrity.
• Document configurations and provide training materials; conduct knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Design and build Adaptive Planning models balancing flexibility with controls and maintainability.
• Develop reporting solutions for budgets, forecasts, actuals, variances, trends and workforce metrics.
• Develop, monitor and troubleshoot integrations between Workday modules and Adaptive Planning.
• Collaborate with IT, HR and Finance to implement scalable planning solutions.
• Engage stakeholders to evaluate needs and propose optimal solutions.
