Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of progressive hands-on experience in an administrator, developer, model builder, reporting, or systems analyst capacity.
• 3+ years utilizing the Workday Adaptive Planning system.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong experience with Adaptive Planning dimensions, accounts, levels, versions, sheets, etc.
• Experience creating in/out bound integrations between Workday Financial Management, Workday HCM, and Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Strong understanding of financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.

Aufgaben

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator and subject matter expert responsible for day-to-day administration and optimization.
• Own and maintain Adaptive Planning structures, models, dimensions, accounts, versions, sheets, and security.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations for budgeting, forecasting, reporting and workforce planning.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, and data governance while monitoring integrations and data quality.
• Maintain system documentation, training materials, and procedures; conduct training sessions for users.
• Design and build Adaptive models and planning solutions balancing flexibility, controls, and maintainability.
• Partner with Finance and stakeholders to define complex reporting requirements and translate to Adaptive reporting solutions.
