Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Workday Adaptive Planning. This role administers and optimizes the Workday Adaptive Planning environment, builds models and reports, and partners with Finance, HR, IT to deliver scalable budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in adaptive planning with hands-on configuration, reporting, and integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive hands-on experience in an administrator, developer, model builder, reporting, or systems analyst capacity, with 3+ years using Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Experience developing complex Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards, and management reporting solutions.
• Experience creating in/out bound integrations between Workday FMS, Workday HCM, and Workday Adaptive Planning.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator and SME for day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance and optimization.
• Own and maintain Adaptive Planning structures including models, dimensions, accounts, versions, sheets, formulas, and security.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and workforce planning.
