Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst for Workday Adaptive Planning to own the administration, model development, and reporting for the Adaptive Planning environment. You will collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, and stakeholders to design scalable planning solutions that drive budgeting and forecasting.

The role requires hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (5+ years) and a strong FP&A background.

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive hands-on experience in administrator, developer, model builder, reporting, or systems analyst capacity with 3+ years using Workday Adaptive Planning.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Adaptive Planning structures (models, dimensions, accounts, versions, sheets).
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations and reporting solutions.
• Design and build Adaptive Planning models and planning solutions for FP&A processes.
• Develop, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations between Workday modules and Adaptive Planning.
