Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Workday Adaptive Planning to lead administration, modeling, and analytics across budgeting, forecasting and reporting. You will build scalable Adaptive Planning solutions and partner with Finance, HR, IT to maximize platform value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive hands-on experience in an administrator, developer, model builder, reporting, or systems analyst capacity with 3+ years using Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Experience developing complex Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards, and management reporting solutions.
• Strong familiarity with Adaptive Planning dimensions, accounts, levels, versions, sheets, assumptions, formulas, and model structures.

Responsibilities

• Be primary Workday Adaptive Planning administrator with day-to-day configuration and optimization.
• Design, maintain, and optimize Adaptive Planning models, sheets, and security.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Adaptive configurations and reports.
• Develop reporting solutions for budgets, forecasts, actuals, and workforce metrics.
• Manage integrations and data flows between Workday modules and Adaptive Planning.
• Collaborate with Finance, HRIS, IT and other stakeholders for effective adoption and governance.
