Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Workday Adaptive Senior Consultant, Managed Services, to support ongoing application management for Workday Adaptive Planning and maintain a stable, scalable planning environment.

As a senior consultant you will escalate issues, gather requirements, manage releases, participate in governance, and monitor integrations, with travel around 25% and eligibility to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of Workday Adaptive Planning experience in an AMS environment.
• Ability to travel ~25%.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior escalation point for issues in the AMS queue including troubleshooting models, formulas, reports, dashboards, integrations, and security.
• Gather requirements for enhancement requests, perform impact analysis, and configure Workday Adaptive Planning solutions (model updates, reporting changes, formula logic, OfficeConnect templates, security roles).
• Support release and environment management activities including feature evaluation, sandbox-to-production migrations, change management, and documentation maintenance.
• Participate in governance calls, status reporting, and roadmap discussions with client stakeholders for planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting.
• Monitor integrations and data processes including actuals feeds, HCM integrations, data loads, and version management.
