Job summary

PwC is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Implementation Consultant, Senior Associate, to partner with finance teams and optimize planning, forecasting and reporting using Workday. You will implement solutions, deliver training, and ensure smooth integration with business applications while upholding PwC's professional standards.

Travel up to 60% to client sites. A Bachelor's degree, 3+ years Workday experience, and at least one Workday Pro certification are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of Workday experience.
• At least one Workday Pro certification (Financial Management, Adaptive Planning, Project Management, or Engagement Management).

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Workday enterprise performance management software to enhance planning and reporting.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
• Analyze client needs to develop tailored Workday solutions aligned with objectives.
• Provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Workday applications.
• Build meaningful client connections and anticipate team and client needs.
• Navigate complex situations to deliver quality work and grow skills.
• Utilize Workday Adaptive Planning tools to optimize operations and insights.
• Uphold PwC professional standards and independence requirements.
