The role involves configuring planning models, integrating data from ERP systems, and guiding clients through forecasting and reporting improvements. Travel about 20% for client engagements is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; majors in accounting, finance, or MIS preferred.
• Experience in ERP, FP&A, or consulting is preferred.
• Workday Adaptive Planning or financial systems experience is preferred.
• Strong experience with JavaScript and SQL for data integrations.
• Minimum of 3 years of corporate financial accounting experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of corporate financial planning experience required.
• Strong communication and analytical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment by delivering assigned workstreams and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Facilitate workshops with client teams to map out operations, define planning goals, and identify key metrics that drive decision-making.
• Build, configure, and maintain forecasting models in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Configure, implement, and troubleshoot integrations using JavaScript, SQL, APIs, JDBC, and other integration platforms.
• Help clients streamline financial processes by automating workflows and reports using system capabilities.
• Provide training to client teams to ensure they can effectively use the tools and systems implemented.
