Job summary

Deloitte's Government & Public Services GPS practice, within our Enterprise Operations as a Service team, seeks a Workday Adaptive Senior Consultant to support ongoing application management for Workday Adaptive Planning and help clients maintain a stable, optimized planning environment.

You will serve as a senior escalation point, gather requirements, configure solutions, and participate in governance calls to support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning in an AMS environment.
• Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on client needs.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior escalation point for issues in the AMS queue (models, formulas, reports, dashboards, integrations, security).
• Gather requirements for enhancements and configure Workday Adaptive Planning (model updates, reporting changes, formulas, OfficeConnect templates, security roles).
• Support release and environment management, including sandbox migrations and change documentation.
• Participate in governance calls, status reporting, and roadmap discussions with clients.
• Monitor integrations and data processes (actuals feeds, HCM integrations, data loads, version management).
