Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Workday Adaptive Senior Consultant, Managed Services within the Enterprise Operations as a Service team to support ongoing management of Workday Adaptive Planning for client environments.

You will act as a senior escalation point, gather requirements, configure solutions, and manage releases and migrations to keep planning environments stable and scalable. The role requires travel and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, including post-implementation enhancements, incident resolution, and change requests.
• Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the clients served.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior escalation point for issues in the application management services queue, including troubleshooting models, formulas, reports, dashboards, integrations, and security.
• Gather requirements for enhancement requests, perform impact analysis, and configure solutions in Workday Adaptive Planning, including model updates and security roles.
• Support release and environment management activities, including sandbox-to-production migrations and maintenance of configuration documentation.
• Participate in governance calls, status reporting, and roadmap discussions with client stakeholders to support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting objectives.
• Monitor integrations and data processes, including actuals feeds, HCM integrations, data loads, and version management.
