Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to join its Digital Advisory Services. You will implement, support and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning to help clients improve financial forecasting, reporting, and planning processes.

You will work across diverse projects, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with client teams to map requirements, configure solutions, and deliver high-quality results while traveling up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; majors in accounting, finance, business analytics, MIS, fintech or information systems preferred.
• Experience in EPM/FP&A, financial systems, or consulting preferred.
• Workday Adaptive Planning or financial systems experience preferred.
• Strong experience integrating data from ERP systems using JavaScript/SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to communicate complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned Workday Adaptive Planning implementation workstreams from discovery through deployment.
• Facilitate client sessions to map business operations and define planning goals and metrics.
• Build, configure, and maintain financial forecasting and planning models in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Configure, implement, and troubleshoot integrations with ERP systems using JavaScript, SQL, APIs, JDBC.
• Support the implementation process, including testing and optimization of Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Provide training to client teams to ensure effective use of the tools and systems implemented.
• Mentor associate consultants and serve as a trusted project team member.
