Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, including post-implementation enhancements and incident resolution.
• Ability to travel ~25% based on client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior escalation point for issues in the application management services queue (Workday Adaptive Planning).
• Gather requirements for enhancements, perform impact analysis, and configure solutions (models, reporting, formulas, OfficeConnect, security).
• Support release and environment management, sandbox-to-production migrations, change management, and documentation.
